What is Tennis Elbow?
Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis) is a painful condition caused by overuse of the forearm muscles and tendons. Repetitive strain leads to microtears in the tendons that connect the forearm muscles to the elbow, resulting in pain, stiffness, and weakness.
Although common in tennis players, this condition also affects office workers, manual laborers, gym-goers, and anyone engaging in repetitive arm motions. Without proper treatment, the pain can become chronic and severely impact daily activities.
